Returns and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

When can I return a product?

  • If the product is defective due to shipping, please return it upon delivery/do not accept the product.
  • Please note that you are not entitled to a replacement if it is not within three days.

Please return it upon delivery and contact us within 24 hours

When are ‘Returns’ not possible?

  • A return request is made outside the specified time frame, which is 7 days from delivery or 14 days for defective items.
  • The product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Anything missing from the package you’ve received, including Price Tags, Labels, Original Packing, Freebies & Accessories.
  • Fragile items, hygiene-related items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at customer.service@beinji.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

If the item you ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still cancel the order online. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier, but we will deduct shipping fees.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you.
