We want you to love what you buy from Beinji. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all labels and tags intact
- With its product seal unbroken — for hygiene and safety reasons, items with broken or opened seals cannot be returned
How to Start a Return
Email us at customer.service@beinji.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and full instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's been approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card refunds go to the card used; cash payments are refunded in cash)
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived faulty or was shipped incorrectly
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or wrongly shipped items
If Your Refund Is Delayed
Refunds occasionally take a few extra days to appear. If 14 days have passed since approval and you still don't see it:
- Re-check your bank account or card statement
- Contact your bank or card provider — there's often a processing delay on their end
- If it's still missing, email customer.service@beinji.com and we'll look into it
Exchanges
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. To request a replacement, email customer.service@beinji.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Delivery time for the replacement depends on your location.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the return value
- If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to them
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. Email customer.service@beinji.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped or been delivered, it can no longer be canceled — but it may still qualify for a return under the policy above.
